Barry's garden designs have been admired by many and publicly recognised at The Chelsea Flower Show, The New Homes Garden Awards and The Evening Standard New Homes Awards. He has also designed award winning displays of orchids at the London International Orchid Show and a display of Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) at the Wisley Flower Show. His knowledge and experience in the horticultural field has been shared with many listeners when he was a regular contributor on BBC Southern Counties radio gardening programme. His work has been featured in a number of press articles in Country Life, The English Garden, The Kitchen Garden Magazine and The Telegraph, as well as on television.
